                                                                          Recently, the paper entitled “State of the Art, Taxonomy, and Open Issues Cognitive Radio Networks with NOMA” and jointly published by Dr. Zhou Fuhui from the Information Engineering School of Nanchang University, Associate Professor Wu Yongpeng from Shanghai Jiaotong University, Professor Liang Yingchang from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Professor Li Zan from Xidian University, and Professor Kai Kit Wong from University of London in the international authoritative journal of communication–IEEE Wireless Communications (1 Division of CAS, Impact Factor: 9.202) in March 20, 2018 was selected as ESI most-cited paper.

                                                                          This paper gives a comprehensive review and classification of the existing researches on the NOMA mechanism and cognitive radio network, and analyzes in detail the technical challenges faced by the NOMA-based cognitive radio, and gives a feasible solution. This paper is the first review article on the NOMA mechanism and cognitive radio network.
